Early 20th Century
Here is a exceptional gold gilded Letter N from the early 1900′s. This was originally part of a large advertising sign with each of the letters carved from wood and finished in a beautiful gold leaf. There are splashes of paint on the sides, where someone painted around the letter when it was mounted on the building. These vintage letters are very popular as display pieces or just to hang on the wall.
