D.L. & Companies Founder, Mr. Douglas Little, is a sybarite of the senses who has created award-winning images and ideas for the finest names in beauty. His appetite for rarefied pleasures has compelled him to bring D.L. & Co. into being, so that he might share with others his passion for the hidden treasures of the world.

The Wax: Nowhere else in the repertoire of Mr. Little, are his powers of improvisation made more apparent than his feats of custom fragrancing. Using modern alchemy, Mr. Little's handmade fragrances are comprised of a unique and patented blend of soy, maple and palm waxes. Many of which are used for luxury body creams and rich lotions.

The Vessel: Inspired by Mr. Little's love & affection for fine crafted glass wear that emerged from the turn of the century and throughout the late nineteen forties. This particular vessel was inspired by organic floral structure and elements of art deco design. The actual structure of the vessel was created to amplify the fragrance as well as the beautiful glass emanates & entrancing glow upon it's lighting.

The Packaging: Stitched in Burmese silk, the box eludes to the Victorian cuffs and collars boxes so cherished at the turn of the century. This classic design will keep your candle cool and ensure rich fragrance quality and preservation. The satin ribbons are imported from France, each chosen for it's exquisite sheen & weight. The tissue that wraps each bowl is hand pleated and imported from Switzerland.
