PARAMOUNT is an original screenprint by Andy Warhol. This artwork is part of his iconic Ad portfolio from 1985. It depicts the famous Paramount Pictures logo, one of the most recognizable Hollywood film and TV studios in the world. Encircled in yellow and green stars, the white snow capped mountain top is surrounded in reds, orange purple, blue and pink. These bold and vibrant colors make this company logo one of the most popular in his Pop Art series.
This Paramount screenprint is authentic and has the Andy Warhol signature in pencil, in the lower left corner, along with the number and edition. The printing is on archival Lenox Museum Board by Rupert Jasen Smith of New York and the publisher was Feldman Fine Arts, Inc. of New York.
This artwork has been in a private collection for the last 30 years and was framed as shown, in 1995. The print is float mounted on a light color linen background matching the color of the museum board. The natural wood frame is made of Maple and has a 2″ deep profile, which holds the UV plexiglass. The artwork has not been examined or removed from the frame, since 1995.
NOTE: These images have our company logo Watermark as shown.
